Xerox Service Delivery Partner. Xerox partnered with Sys-Logic to deliver service, installation, repair, warranty and depot repair services for its line of printers. To be named the local SDP, Sys-Logic was required to go through extensive training and be certified directly through Xerox on their color and monochrome printers to deliver services either directly to the end user or to service Xerox’s local customer base. RELEASE Sys-Logic Opens Doors Randy Wall and Todd Beasley have taken their talents and put them to use in creating a computer service business that caters to all business sizes plus the home office/individual users. With more that 30 years of combined experience in the computer services industry, these two have opened Sys-Logic LLC, a full service computer services company in the heart of Brentwood. The business is located in the Merchant’s Walk Shopping area, at the corner of Old Hickory Blvd and Franklin road. The business was designed to cater to the ever changing computer service and support business offering everything from traditional computer/laptop repair, upgrades, , printer repair, software installation and configuration to more specialized services such as internet security, disaster recovery programs, networks cabled and wireless), system audits and analysis, equipment relocation, IT staff augmentation and many more IT needs. Our philosophy is “Service is everything”, says Beasley. We cater to the service needs of our customers and understand the frustration that people experience in dealing with the typical big box retailer that does not have the technical team or experience to help the customer. Everyone's situation is unique and can not be crammed down into a sku, swiped at the checkout counter and sent out the door. We set ourselves apart from the typical by management following up with every customer to ensure satisfaction, and our staff is empowered to take care of the customer on the spot, without having to seek supervisor approval or input. “We don’t sell new
computer systems, and our revenue is not tied to manufacturers’ rebates and
backend dollars” says Wall. This
allows us to maintain complete objectivity when consulting with a customer and
assisting them make the right decisions for their company or home instead
of pushing the product that has the biggest backend dollars available.
This also translates to lower overhead and allows us to pass the cost
savings on to our customers. Unlike most computer service companies not only do they offer on-site service, they also have a drop off depot local services at their offices, where a customer can bring their computer or printer and have it repaired, upgraded, etc. By offering the drop off service this can save the customer even more money in comparison to going on-site. For the customers convenience they are open Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
